The main structural feature of the light-duty clearing machine: No independent revolution driving power. The revolving driving power is the main motor, the output power of the main reducer and the final transmission to the revolving wheel axle through the screw shaft and the transmission chain (see the figure below).

Due to the streamlining of the individual revolution drive, the light-duty clearing machine has the advantages of lighter structure and lower price than the conventional tire clearing machine. Limited by the structure of the revolution device, the propulsion force of the equipment is lower than that of the conventional tire clearing machine. Therefore, the light-duty clearing machine has a lower capacity and a smaller output adjustment range, and the applicable output range is 20tph-100tph.
